Routes into teacher training
Teaching is a highly rewarding occupation, with prospects at every level, and may well be the career move for you. At The Sandon School we are proud to be playing our part in training the next generation of teachers as they enter a career inspiring and transforming the lives of young people.
There are a number of routes into teaching, which can often seem daunting. We work with a number of local training providers and can offer impartial advice on the route that might suit you best. This includes options for those with previous experience working in education as well as those entirely new to the profession.
We work closely with the following ITT providers:
Essex School ITT - a partnership of over 20 schools in West Essex, Harlow, Chelmsford, Havering, areas of Hertfordshire and Redbridge.
